Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on odin18. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. odin18 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify odin18 immediately via the support channels listed in Clause 15.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, odin18 requires completion of a KYC verification process. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) and, where necessary, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. Additional documentation may be requested at odin18's discretion to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Once verified, your account status is upgraded and withdrawal limits are applied according to your account tier. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first deposit request may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.
An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity is recorded for a continuous period of 180 days. odin18 reserves the right to levy a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 against the remaining balance of an inactive account, provided the account balance is positive. If a withdrawal is rejected by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider due to incorrect account details provided by the player, the funds will be returned to the player's odin18 account balance. odin18 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from player-provided payment errors.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 must generate Rp 1.000.000 in total wagers before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The following general contribution rates apply unless specified otherwise:

odin18 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at an erroneous price resulting from a system error; (b) the event was cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in the applicable sport rules; (c) the bet was placed after an event's outcome was already determined; or (d) there is clear evidence of match manipulation.

In the event of a technical fault affecting a game session, odin18's system logs will be used to determine the last valid game state. Where a game cannot be reconstructed to a valid state, the relevant wager will be refunded to the player's balance. odin18 accepts no liability for any loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions caused by the player's own device or internet connection.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the odin18 Platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
odin18 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Players may close their account at any time by contacting odin18 support. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
Upon termination — whether initiated by the player or by odin18 — all bonus funds and pending wagering requirements are immediately cancelled. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the termination date.
All content on the odin18 Platform — including but not limited to the odin18 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software code, and game assets — is the property of odin18 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of odin18.

odin18 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event as defined in Clause 1. In such circumstances, odin18 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible and will communicate updates to players via the Platform's official announcement channels.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy. odin18 applies industry-standard SSL-256 encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers.
